Running and Me

So I started running in 2020, the year of covid.

I had just started running and ran a small local 7km marathon which was fun. I liked running and was amazed that just 2 weeks of training in the weekdays could help me run for 7km and finishing with a decent rank, wonder what running could do if I ran regularly.

With Covid I ran on and off in between lockdowns trying to be in isolation as much as possible. These runs were really amazing since no one was there and all the pollution had settled, the nature was even more beautiful.

Post covid I couldn’t run much for a longg time (coz Indian Eductaion) but I tried as much as possible.

Once I started college my passion for running continued and I started again. I really ran and did finish among the top 200 in Marathons(Yes ran 3 till now) just 10kms.

The most recent marathon did teach me one thing whiz if u run with ppl u are encouraged even in the steepest hills which is fun and adrenaline rushing task. Loved the fun and ppl ran like literally ran next to me.

With a consistent pace of 6km/hr I feel good and I require no external motivation for this lol.

I will target 21kms next hopefully
